Terms for Delivery

• Shipping Charges
  Non-domestic shipping & handling charges and available shipping methods are determined by destination, type and weight of merchandise ordered. Due to the complexities of shipping outside Germany it is not possible to calculate your exact shipping & handling charges. For the purpose of calculating shipping charges, we have determined a fixed rate for foreign shipments. All foreign orders are shipped registered (letter or parcel) and airmail. For rates via Airmail, Rush Mail, Federal Express, UPS or other, please call, fax or eMail.
  
  
• Customs duties and taxes (non-domestic destinations)
  Import duties and/or taxes may be imposed by your local government on shipments from outside your country. These charges are separate from Taxim Records' charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict. These charges (if any) are made payable to your government.
  You are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Please check with your local post office for more information.
  
  Customs sticker
  Taxim Records is required by law to declare an accurate monetary value on all non-EU shipments. We are unable to honor any requests to suppress the value of an order on the customs sticker.
  
  
• Payments
  We accept Visa, MasterCard, and JCB Cards. You will receive an eMail confirming your order.
  
  
• Returns
  We will only accept returns for defective items or if we have made a shipping error. If possible we will replace defective or wrong items with a new copy of the same item. We will make every effort to process returned items within 7-10 business days.
  When returning items to Taxim Records, please indicate the reason for your return. For your protection, you may wish to send your return via UPS or insured parcel post. Please send all returns to:
