Junkyard Moon
Originally from Colorado, Cole has become a popular fixture on the S.F. Bay
Area music scene. Cole is a multi-talented singer/ songwriter/ guitarist and
producer. Over the course of his career Cole has been a published and recorded
songwriter with many cuts amongst several popular Bay Area artists as well as
songs on television and in motion pictures. Cole recently lent his guitar work
to an upcoming release from superstar Elton John, and has performed or recorded
with a long list of some of the top names in rock and roll, including: Bob Weir
(Grateful Dead), Chris Isaak, John Hiatt, The Tubes, Clarence Clemons (Bruce
Springsteen), Elvin Bishop, Los Lobos, Craig Chaquico (Jefferson Starship),
Narada Michael Walden, to name a few.
The youngest member of a musical family, Cole was introduced to the stage at
a very young age. He carried on the family tradition studying music theory and
composition at the college level for three years before hooking up with a rock
and roll band and hitting the road for five years, eventually landing in San
Francisco.
With partner/drummer Adam Berkowitz, Cole took over and refurbished the famous
"Globe Studios" in Mill Valley, CA, and toghether they have been producing
CDs for the cream of the crop of up and coming Northern California talent. They
have become one of the hottest production teams in the Bay Area.
Cole now is concentrating on taking his music world wide! He has just completed
a sucessful summer tour of Europe and is planning an invasion of South America
where the Junkyard Moon CD is now receiving airplay.
